Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due once your service is completed. RESCHEDULE/ CANCEL NOTICE REQUIRED: A minimum of 72 hours (3 full business days) notice is required to reschedule/cancel an appointment. RESCHEDULING LIMIT: Each booking may be rescheduled once without penalty, provided the notice requirement is met. Any additional rescheduling/cancelling requests are subject to availability and approval. LATE NOTICE: Reschedule/Cancel requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice, including same-day requests, will result in forfeited of the deposit, and full service payment will be required. CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW Same-day / next day cancellations will result in forfeited of the deposit, and full service payment will be required. NO SHOW: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeited of all payments and permanent refusal of future bookings.
