POLICIES & REMINDERS
DEPOSIT
To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit. You can settle the remaining balance once your service is complete.
LATE POLICY
To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly request clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time.
Late arrivals will incur fees:

10-14 minutes late: ₱300 fee

15-29 minutes late: ₱500 fee
-
30+ minutes late: Appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.
RESCHEDULING

Notice Required: We require at least 3 full business days' notice (72 hours) to reschedule an appointment.

Late Notice: Requests made with less than 3 days' (72 hours') notice, including same-day changes, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling Limit: You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty (subject to notice requirements). For any further changes, please contact us to check availability.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

No show automatically banned
SQUEEZE IN
We'd be happy to arrange this for an additional P1,500, just need to confirm our availability first.
NO COMPANION / PETS
To ensure a focused environment, we cannot accommodate companions, pets, or children requiring supervision.
If unsupervised children or additional guests arrive, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, subject to our cancellation policy.
PARKING

Our studio is located next to the mall. Paid parking is available nearby - it's just a short 5-10minute walk to us!

QUICK REMINDER

Please avoid applying cuticle oil or moisturizer to your nails/toes before your appointment. This helps us prep your nails smoothly and ensures your polish adheres perfectly.

Dress Comfortably & Stylishly wear something cozy yet presentable-you'll be relaxing in our chair for a while! (Choose looser sleeves and pants instead of tight jeans it makes hand or foot treatments easier and lets you move more comfortably.)

Clients are responsible for dictating any skin allergies like, skin asthma, psoriasis ,eczema , wound etc... so we can take extra precaution and different approach to cleaning your cuticles.
