Is there a grace period for late arrivals? To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly request clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time. Late arrivals will incur fees: 10-14 minutes late: ₱300 fee 15-29 minutes late: ₱500 fee 30+ minutes late: Appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW Same day cancellation - forfeited deposit No show automatically banned We offer a 1-week warranty on our services. However, obvious signs of forceful removal will void the warranty. Clients are responsible for dictating any skin allergies or medical conditions such as diabetes. We ask if you have diabetes so we can take extra precaution and different approach to cleaning your cuticles. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
